We courier NZ Wide  $7 NZ Wide (not RD)  $12 Rural Delivery
Large Items will cost more to freight.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

We will process your order if it is in stock within 2 business days.

If Out of Stock and you want to order this item, please contact us, and allow 10 working days (please note that some items may also be discontinued, which is out of our control, as some items do become discontinued)

Pocketfolds – If Not In Stock – are custom made to order – allow up to 10 working days. (on the rare occasion Card Stock may be out of stock also, we will keep you notified)

ORDERS AND RETURNS

How do I place an Order?

Please place your order via our website.
We can also take orders via email, but this is not our preferred method.
We can also provide bank account details for you to deposit the money directly into our account, please allow one overnight business day to process.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

If we have caught it in time we will endeavour to help you.

Short Supply

On the odd occasion there may be stock take variances, if we do not have enough of the item you have ordered, we will inform you and give you the opportunity to accept the lower quantity and get a refund for the balance, or to cancel the order and be fully refunded.

How Can I Return a Product?

Return products are not accepted for over-ordering or ordering the wrong product.

We will accept return products if they are faulty (although they are checked prior to sending out so this should not happen)

We will also accept returns if the wrong product has been sent to you.

We may accept exchanges at our discretion, we need to inspect the product first prior to accepting the exchange. Returning the product to us is at your cost. (there will be a $15 charge to cover restocking/accounting/creditcard fee)
